Ran across this great recipe for hummus with a distinctive Jamaican flair – scotch bonnet peppers.
Kudos to Sheryl Stark’s creative genius and her posting her recipe on her blog ‘Wonders of Jamaica’.
Given my recent foray into the world of vegetarian food, and my squirming every time I spend J$500.00 for a small tub of store-bought hummus, I will definitely be testing out this spicy version @ home very soon.
